Hard to believe this little demo is where it all began?

Recorded with friend/producer Joe Willix at his home in Roanoke, TX this is the first time Dear Claudia was laid to tape. Paco and G.I. spent one night tracking and mixing it on a four track thinking it was just another demo for the band to play around with live. It was performed a few times in this style up until the pre-production process began for Drama Kids. Brando Records saw the song as a stepping stone immediately and we began working towards a more traditional arrangement of it. The majority of the verses and choruses remain very similar to this first version but the meandering bridge was scaled back significantly.
